Kitchen with gas cooker, washing machine, microwave and fridge. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Bathroom with electric shower over bath. Gas central heating. The apartment is approached by a spiral staircase, which is not suitable for the elderly or very young (please see right hand picture). Ample private parking is available.
